🧾 1. Paks Futsal Refund Policy

At Paks Futsal, we strive to deliver quality programs and customer satisfaction. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below.

✅ General Training & Program Refunds

  • 7+ days before program start: 50% refund, minus processing fees.

  • 3–6 days before program start: 30% refund, minus processing fees.

  • Less than 3 days before program start or after program begins: No refunds.

✅ League & Tournament Entries

  • Up to 14 days before first match: 50% refund, minus processing fees.

  • 7–13 days prior: 30% refund, minus processing fees.

  • Less than 7 days or after schedule is posted: No refunds.

✅ Memberships / Multi-Session Packages

  • Memberships and training packages are non-refundable once sessions begin.

  • Missed sessions cannot be refunded or carried over, unless Paks Futsal cancels a session.

✅ Siblings & Group Discounts

  • If a refund is requested for one participant under a multi-participant discount, the discount becomes void, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

✅ No-Shows / Absences

  • Missed sessions or no-shows are non-refundable and not eligible for make-ups unless due to facility cancellation.

✅ Facility or Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If Paks Futsal cancels a session due to weather, emergencies, or facility issues, affected customers may choose between:

    • A full refund

    • A credit toward a future session

    • A makeup session (if feasible)

✅ Refund Process

  • All refund requests must be made in writing via email to [info@paksfutsal.com].

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Team Refund Policy

Paks Futsal Team Refund Policy
Paks Futsal maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once a player has accepted a roster position and executed all required registration forms and waivers, no refunds shall be issued under any circumstances, regardless of the number of games attended, missed, or the duration of participation. Uniform purchases are non-refundable.

By registering, the player and their parent/guardian agree to fulfill all financial obligations in full as outlined in the payment agreement, regardless of voluntary withdrawal or removal from the team for any reason.

PFA CAMP POLICY

🏕️ 2. Paks Futsal Camp Policy

Applies to: Summer, Winter, and Holiday Break Camps

⏰ Check-in / Drop-off

  • Campers must arrive 15 minutes before camp start.

  • Parents/guardians must sign in each day unless otherwise authorized.

🧃 Food & Snacks

  • Campers must bring their own labeled water bottles and snacks.

  • No food sharing allowed due to allergy concerns.

👕 What to Bring

  • Indoor futsal shoes or clean sneakers

  • Shin guards, extra shirt, and socks

  • Refillable water bottle

🚫 Code of Conduct

  • Respect coaches, staff, and fellow players.

  • Bullying or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from camp without refund.

💳 Camp Refund Policy

  • 7+ days before camp start: 50% refund (minus fees)

  • 3–6 days: No refund

  • Less than 3 days: No refund

  • If camper is sent home for disciplinary reasons, no refund will be issued.

PFA TERMS OF SERVICE

⚖️ 3. Paks Futsal Terms of Service

By registering for any Paks Futsal program, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that participation in sports activities involves inherent risk. Paks Futsal is not liable for injuries or losses resulting from participation.

2. Health & Safety

Participants must be medically cleared to participate in physical activity. You agree not to attend if experiencing symptoms of illness.

3. Photography Consent

You grant Paks Futsal permission to use photos and videos of participants for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

4. Account Responsibility

It is your responsibility to maintain accurate account information and complete any required forms or waivers.

5. Code of Conduct

All players, coaches, and spectators must treat others with respect. Violations may result in removal from the program without refund.

6. Modifications

Paks Futsal reserves the right to modify schedules, facilities, or staff as needed. Any changes will be communicated via email or posted online.
