PFA Terms & Conditions

PACKAGE OPTIONS

1. Package Options

We offer the following training packages:

  • Bronze Package – 4 sessions/month

  • Silver Package – 8 sessions/month

  • Gold Package – 12 sessions/month

  • Platinum Package – Unlimited sessions/month (based on availability)

REGISTRATION & PAYMENTS

2. Registration & Payment

  • All participants must complete the registration form and waiver before the first session.

  • Payment must be made in full before the start of the first session.

  • Packages are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.

  • Fees are non-refundable except in cases of injury (with a medical certificate) or program cancellation.

SESSION SCHEDULING

3. Session Scheduling

  • There will be no make-up for missed sessions

  • Each session is approximately 60–90 minutes in duration.

  • PAKS reserves the right to adjust session times, coaches, or locations as needed.

ATTENDANCE & CANCELLATIONS

4. Attendance & Cancellations

  • Missed sessions will not be refunded.

  • In the case of late arrivals, the session will still end at the scheduled time.

HEALTH & SAFETY

5. Health & Safety

  • Players must wear appropriate indoor futsal gear and bring water bottles.

  • All players must inform the coach of any injuries or medical conditions.

  • PAKS is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during training.

6. Code of Conduct

  • Respect for coaches, fellow players, and facility rules is mandatory.

  • Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of the training package without refund.

7. Photography & Media

  • PAKS may take photos or videos during training for promotional use.

  • If you wish to opt out, please notify us in writing at the time of registration.
